Summer
Campers will participate in advanced competition drills with ball handling, shooting, individual post and perimeter moves. Campers will also be competing in 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and 5-on-5 games. |

The focus of the camp will be ball handling, dribbling, shooting, rebounding, and offensive & defensive techniques. Camp sessions include individual, small groups, and a variety of contests/games to provide skill improvements. |

Program focused on skill development, having fun and meeting new friends all while being introduced to the game of basketball. Fundamentals will be the sole focus. Emphasis on shooting, dribbling, passing, pivoting, spacing and building a good basketball IQ. |

AAU is competitive basketball for grades 5th-11th during the Spring/Summer. Typically clubs will have 1-2 practices per week and 5-8 tournaments including at least one out-of-state tournament. Most clubs will hold tryouts in August/September for the following Spring season. There any many clubs in the Metro area including but not limited to the following listed.
